Mrs. Felicia Stevenson has been a resident of Charleston S.C. for 26 years of her life. She currently resides in Beaufort S.C. where she shares a home with her devoted husband Larry and their 4 beautiful children Latoya, Shaneka, Larry III, and Davonte. Mrs. Stevenson and her family are members of The Reformed
House Of God Church located in Charleston S.C. where Lonnie M. Palmer is Pastor. Mrs. Stevenson attended North Charleston High School and from then on found one of her passion which is nursing. Mrs. Stevenson is a Certified Nursing Assistant of Seventeen Years and is currently attending USC Beaufort to pursue her Associates Degree in Nursing. She strongly believes that through Christ ALL things are possible. One of her favorite scriptures are John 15; 5. Mrs. Stevenson acknowledges that her Grandmother, the late Mrs. Luella (Brothers) Palmer has really been an inspiration in her life, and thanks God for blessing her with such a Jewel. One request her grandmother asked of her before she past away was “If you don’t do anything else for me, Please stay Save” This is one promise Mrs. Stevenson says she is sure to keep.

Waiting to Exhale for Jesus Ladies Night was birthed by God on December 30th 2002, Ordained by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Covered by the Holy Spirit and carried on by Mrs. Felicia Stevenson. This Ministry is for Women to come and dwell together in Unity. (Psalm 133; 1) Here at Waiting to Exhale for Jesus Ministries, we encourage women Excel in their Spiritual walk with Christ and allow their Spiritual needs to be catered to, While at the same time, Gaining knowledge, wisdom and understanding of God’s word. What’s more important is that they have the opportunity to experience more of God and his desires for their life.

Waiting to Exhale for Jesus Ministries ministers to the needs of hurt and broken women, making sure they don’t leave the same way that they came. Helping women realize that they are somebody in Christ Jesus and that they have a Destiny to Fulfill. God gave to Mrs. Stevenson a vision for seven locations for the Ministry. We currently have fellowship in Charleston S.C., Beaufort S.C. and Hinesville Ga. Beginning the year 2007 our mission is to complete the vision in Savannah Ga., Columbia S.C. Orangeburg S.C. and in the Mt. Pleasant area.

Our purpose is to touch every life of women we come in contact with. For those who know God and those who may not know him. We help strengthen women physically, mentally and spiritually. We build Self-Esteem while tearing down strong holds. We are determine to nourish and equip women so that they will be awesome women of God and become more motivated to reach a place in their lives that God has destined for them. And in all our doing, we realize that God gets all the glory!
